The spring 2023 Red River Youth Lacrosse registration is now open. We’re planning on fielding 8U (co-ed, non-contact), 10U (co-ed), 12U boys, 14U boys and 14U girls divisions. They will form teams and assign coaches in mid-February.

We'd like to recognize Savannah Herbert, Kayden Davis, and Piper Holley who recently competed against other students from throughout the region in the LMEA District VIII Middle School Honor Band try-outs. They made the band and will perform with other outstanding student musicians in January as part of the LMEA District VIII Middle School Honor Band. These students are under the direction of Victoria Lacy, HMS Band Director. Congratulations, Hawks!
Our Pack the Pantry food drive was such a success thanks to our awesome Herndon Magnet faculty, staff and families! Because of you, we donated 2,418 pounds of food AND a check for $3,000, equivalent to $30,000 worth of food, to the Northwest Louisiana Food Bank! Thank you Mrs. Miller and Student Council for spearheading this drive, as well as collecting, weighing, and counting all of the donations. 💙💛🖤
