Join us as we support the fight against breast cancer during Pink Week, leading up to our school-wide Pink Walk on Friday, October 24.

💗 All Week:
Students may accessorize their uniforms with pink to show their support — think socks, bows, jewelry, etc. 💕

💗 Friday, October 24 – Pink Walk:
👉 Bring $5 cash on Friday or pay through Local Level.
👉 Wear your street clothes and PINK OUT for the walk!
👉 All proceeds will be donated to Susan G. Komen in honor of Sally Dickerson & Vicky Young.

💵 Please note: Cash donations will only be accepted on Friday. Do not send money earlier in the week.

What a successful day for our 8th graders at High School Highlights! Our students had a fantastic opportunity to hear directly from representatives of numerous great Caddo Parish High Schools, including Captain Shreve, C.E. Byrd, North Caddo, Pathways, Caddo Career and Technology Center (CCTC), Caddo Magnet, and Southwood. We are so proud of our students for taking this important step in exploring their future options. As an extra highlight, we were thrilled to see so many of our dedicated Herndon alumni return to campus to speak about their high school experiences and represent their respective schools! It's a true testament to the foundation they built here. 💙🖤💛

1st 9 Week Parent Support

Today, the 4th and 5th graders participated in a STEM activity that goes along with the LYRC book they read in the library this week, titled Moving the Miller’s Minnie Mine Mansion. Students were challenged to build a structure and move it several inches without it collapsing.

September 11, 2025, Patriot Day ❤️💙 Street Clothes as long as it's red, white, and blue. Must follow the CPSB dress code.
